Highlights from the 2018 Meditech MUSE Conference
The 35th annual Meditech MUSE (Medical Users Software Exchange) Conference was recently hosted May 29 to June 1 in Orlando, Florida. This conference offered comprehensive and cutting-edge educational sessions. It also offered attending organizations Meditech-specific training about new strategies, connections and innovative ideas in the healthcare software field.
The four-day Meditech MUSE conference provided attendees opportunities to watch presentations, listen to keynote speakers, and learn about new products and services. They also engaged in networking opportunities and share what they know with or learn from their peers. The conference’s events included discussion and elaboration on the Meditech platform and a variety of best practice solutions. It also produced conversations about quality and risk management and surveillance.
At the conference, LogicStream Health was able to provide insight to hundreds of attendees about how our clinical process improvement solutions work with Meditech health systems. We optimize health engagements and patient care outcomes, and help clinicians better control quality and patient safety. This reduces medication spend and rates of hospital-acquired conditions. Attendees that stopped by our booth learned more about us by speaking to our representatives or by scheduling a demo. These demos highlighted opportunities for health systems. These include driving clinical process improvement and controlling efforts to institute standardized workflows in the electronic health record (EHR).
