As the Business Development Representative, you will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Sales, the Executive Vice President of Marketing, and the outside sales team on generating new business opportunities. You will act as the project manager in concert with outside sales to develop all new sales opportunities through pipeline growth and territory management. LogicStream Health is seeking an accountable, flexible, experienced Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring their success. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric self-starter with strong training, project management, relationship building, analytical and problem-solving skills. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in retaining our 100% renewable customer base. LogicStream Health is looking for a qualified Clinical Informaticist to assist us in developing our software platform and maintaining our Clinical Process Improvement leadership. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It will report to the Manager of Informatics but will also involve close interaction with all other members of the company. The candidate for this position must be located in the Twin Cities area. The company will not pay any relocation expenses.
LogicStream Health is actively seeking regional sales directors for two new territories: West Coast and mid-Atlantic/Ohio. Candidates must live within the territory and only candidates in those locations will be considered. This is an individual contributor position that requires a proven track record of leadership in healthcare technology, including excellent communication, analytical and organization skills. Analytical thinking is important, as this position often involves strategic problem solving and process recommendations.
The Clinical Subject Matter Expert position requires a proven track record of clinical leadership in healthcare technology, including excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience with complex strategic solutions, building relationships and developing coaches are required and extremely important skills to be successful in this position. Preferably the CSME candidate is a practicing MD or has MD practice experience. The CSME should have experience as a business executive with a passion to improve healthcare delivery, the patient experience, clinical process and ultimately quality through technology and innovation.
